My Candida Cleanse Protocol

Eczema and skin issues which a striking amount of us have, are often related to liver and the intestine health. When you consume a diet that is high in processed sugar or even natural fruit sugar, your body is likely to have an overgrowth of yeast. Sugars ferment in your body causing toxins, yeast overgrowth and even mold. When your body is acidic and full of fermentation, it manifest in physical forms. It doesn’t help that today in our world there are so many toxins in our food, household products and environment. We also have other factors such as radiation coming from cell phones, wireless and smart meters.

More and more people are getting sick. Our young people are getting sick, our children… Most people just don’t know what to do so they head to the trusty doctor to be diagnosed and then they get a prescription that acts as a band-aid and loads them up with more toxins! It’s a vicious cycle that has to be broke.

I’ve cured my eczema a year ago when I followed this protocol that I crated based off of many other candida cleanses and my own findings. I had a hunch that I needed to do a Candida cleanse right before I got pregnant, but never got to do it. Even though I eat really healthy and predominately plant based, I still have a tendency to overload on fruit and natural sugars. I also ate some things during pregnancy that I typically wouldn’t. My body was letting me know that something has to change. Our bodies are great at communicating with us if we’re ready to listen. It took me 2 months of following this to protocol to have zero symptoms.

I’m on my second candida cleanse now, I felt like it was time for a little rebuilding and refreshing! Food is powerful. It can be used to heal or to hinder. Choose your bites wisely.

Strong & Radiant Candida Cleanse Guidelines

The cleanse that I am doing is one that I have come up with, but have been inspired by many books and online resources. Here is an outline of my plan. Please do not start any cleanse without consulting your natural healing professional or naturopath. I’m not a doctor, just sharing my experience.

This is a 30 day cleanse and then I will introduce berries and green apple back into my diet.

WHAT I LEAVE OUT

No sugar (no agave, no coconut sugar, no sweetener at all except a small amount of Omica Brand)
No fruit (only avocado, berries, grapefruit and limes)
No grains (no buckwheat, amaranth or quinoa either)
Limited Animal Products (only a small amount of grass fed and finished bone broth, pasture raised eggs and well sourced meats)
No vinegar (except Apple Cider Vinegar)
No soy
No processed oils (only raw cold pressed oils)
No sweet potatoes or sweet root veggies (carrots are okay raw)

WHAT I EAT

A ton of greens and veggies
Lots of green juice
Some root veggies (Radish, rutabaga)
Soups made with veggies, onion, garlic and broth
Nuts and seeds
Bone broth in moderation
Coconuts!
Lots of water

WHAT I TAKE

Turmeric
Enzymes
Soil based probiotics
Grape seed extract
Oregano (in small amounts)

OTHER TIPS

I am getting colonics for colon cleansing
I am still exercising
I do recommend saunas
Acupuncture is fabulous!
