Coconut yogurt is one of my favorites! It’s really easy, super good for you and fun! I just created a coconut yogurt parfait at Local Juicery that we’re now serving! This yogurt can easily be dressed up with a little of your favorite granola for a pretty layered parfait! Kristen is so lovely and has a great understanding of flavor + beauty. I loved making this yogurt and think you will too!
Her book (where this recipe is from!)The Art of Wellness is Co-written with Olympic Gold Medalist, Stephanie Rice, it’s a 200-page book that shares wellness secrets, recipes, workout guides, and lifestyle tips to give you an entire foundation for holistic transformation in modern day life.
