Strawberry Cordyceps Smoothie

I’ve been really loving my tonics in the morning and I always add cordyceps, which support the body to balance the effects of stress and support the immune system (among many other amazing things). Since it’s now warm and sunny out I’ll be transferring all my favorite tonic herbs, mushrooms and superfoods into smoothie form.

Strawberry Cordyceps Smoothie

  • 1½ cup frozen strawberries
  • 2 dates, pitted
  • 1 teaspoon beetroot powder
  • ½ teaspoon cordyceps
  • 1 scoop favorite plant-based protein (I use Moon Juice Vanilla)
  • 14oz almond milk
  • ½ teaspoon pink salt
  1. Blend to perfection and enjoy
